Poule de Luxe

Welcome to the Poule de Luxe blog. In French, the expression 'Poule de Luxe' has been used to refer trophy wives or to describe someone with expensive tastes. I am not a trophy wife, nor have I engaged in lots of costly retail therapy, but I have decided recently that I need to be more of a 'luxury chicken' with my own personal definition in mind.

I am a 28 year old woman who works too hard by all accounts. I need to find a balance which will benefit my sleep, my mood, my family, even my career... I think this blog is going to be about that... let's see.
